Splashes of sunshine making their way into kids’ closets

What will you be seeing on the kid’s clothing racks at your local stores this spring?  According to a report by the Pantone Color Institute®, “Splashes of Sunshine” – bright, happy colors that play well with basic neutrals.

After last fall’s New York Fashion Week, Pantone reported on the colors used by runway designers that consumers would see hitting the shelves this spring.

Designers behind the colors say the chose colors for this Spring that inspire excitement, happiness, fun, and smiles in a challenging economic time.  Hear, hear!  I’m all for a little wearable fun and happiness.
